WQ and WQD series submersible sewage pumps (hereinafter referred to as the pumps) are composed of three parts: the pump body, the sealing system and the motor.
The motor is installed at the upper part of the pump, available in single-phase or three-phase asynchronous types.
Double-ended mechanical seals are adopted between the pump and the motor, while O-shaped oil-resistant rubber gaskets are used for static sealing at each fixed spigot joint.
This series of electric pumps features a compact structure, large flow rate, high efficiency and easy operation. The mechanical seals at critical components are made of cemented carbide and high-grade silicon carbide, offering excellent corrosion resistance, leakproofness and long service life.
Customization available for stainless steel shafts, stainless steel impellers, high-temperature resistance, 660V, 440V and 60Hz configurations. Standard models operate at 50–60°C (high-temperature versions up to 70–80°C can be customized).
